Our interns learn and grow through practical exposure, while adding value to our partnering host organisations by applying the latest IOP knowledge, skills and trends to people practices. IOP Internship 101 Workshop

This half-day workshop prepares aspiring Industrial/Organisational Psychology graduates for the journey that lays ahead of them in completing their IOP internships and registering as HPCSA professionals. We walk participants through the critical requirements and stages of this journey, while sharing very practical and real tips, felt experiences and wisdom as registered professionals who have travelled the path.

IOP Board Prep Workshop

The IOP Board Exam Prep workshop aims to assist Industrial/Organisational Psychology interns overcome the last hurdle before they can register as an independent Psychologist. Through supporting interns navigate the ethical requirements and legislative considerations as set out by the HPCSA, this 2-day workshop provides a platform for practical case studies, peer-education and personal insights into previous exam structures.
