Thandie has 21 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and Organisational Development, where she has served in various capacities including recruitment, learning & development and change management for various organizations across several different industries and sectors. She has worked largely in the leadership development arena focusing specifically on designing and developing training programs. Her interests lie in personal and leadership development, with a special focus on soft skills and personal mastery. She has been working as a coach and facilitator since 2013, partnering with established consultancies. In 2019 she joined Shine as a business partner.

Thandie also has a qualification in Performing Arts (TV, Film and Theatre) and intends to infuse performing principles into the coaching and learning space. Thandie also possesses other skills such as Writer/Blogger, Process Design, as well as Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
