Suné is a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 015 2838), with experience in education, mining, human resources and consulting space. She currently specialises in psychometrics for selection & development purposes, facilitates interventions for individual, team and organisational improvement and aids with HR-related activities. Suné has strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys problem-solving and critical thinking, all of which she takes into the workspace to deliver excellent work. Additionally, Suné is accredited in a range of psychometric assessments which are used in team and leadership interventions as well as in recruitment and selection.
