Experience and Skills

Nicole is a registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist (PS 013 6549) with consulting experience in bespoke process/intervention design, facilitation, leadership and team development, talent management, as well as psychometric assessment administration for recruitment and development purposes. She also co-manages and supervises Shine’s Industrial/Organisational Psychology internship program, which was awarded the SIOPSA Presidential Award in 2020 and 2021 for Best IOP Internship in South Africa. She dedicates much of her time mentoring, upskilling and empowering the interns as they navigate their professional year-long journey to becoming registered.

Nicole has a deep passion for working with aspiring leaders within the NGO space, partnering with them to create opportunities in which they can learn, grow and succeed. She has worked closely with Kliptown Youth Program over the past six years, supporting them with their leadership and talent development initiatives.
