Lindiwe is an experienced executive coach, team coach, psychologist and facilitator with 18 years experience. As an executive coach, Lindiwe had the privilege of working with several high-profile clients, including the Auditor General, Eskom, South African Reserve Bank, Discovery Health, Nedbank, Financial Services Conduct Authority, and the University of Pretoria. Among her recent and current clients, these stand out as the most notable. Lindiwe is very passionate about Team Coaching and believes that healthy organisations start with healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, team cohesion and high performance. In her quest to promote human centred and effective leadership, she has also designed and facilitated multiple Leader-as-Coach, Personal Mastery and Resilience programs within these organisations.
