Experience and Skills

Having spent over 20 years in the field of change leadership and organisational development, Creina's work has included large-scale leadership transformation, capacity building and team coaching. She strives to enable the development of a culture in which coaching, mentoring, and strategic dialogue are seen as key to effect sustainable change.

Creina has occupied leadership positions in organisations encompassing both strategic marketing and human resource portfolios. This experience has proven invaluable in her ability to coach leaders to improve their personal and professional leadership impact. She is one of 24 Global Faculty of the Thinking Environment® and teaches Time To Think based and other theoretical frameworks of coaching practice to practitioner coaches. She facilitates executive education programmes at numerous business schools and has provided academic supervision to MBA and MPhil students at several universities. Creina is qualified in numerous profiling instruments but chooses to work mostly with the Leadership Circle Profile, the Enneagram and the Achievement Process. She has found the Leadership Circle exceptional in expediting personal and professional development and has experienced significant improvements in team effectiveness and strategy execution using the Achievement Process.
