WE SELECT, PLACE & MANAGE INDUSTRIAL PSYCHOLOGY INTERNS
We work with our clients to optimise the effectiveness of relationships in the workplace. We work at the individual, team and organisational level, making use of psychometrics, facilitation techniques, workshops and consulting skills to improve all aspects of relationships at work.
The intern learns and grows through practical exposure, while adding value to the host organisation by applying the latest IOP knowledge, skills and trends regarding people practices.
