With a strong foundation in engineering and over nine years of experience in education, Marko brings a unique blend of analytical and people-centred leadership to his consulting work. After five years in engineering, he transitioned into education, where his project management skills and passion for personal growth shaped his approach to developing both learners and colleagues. Beyond the classroom, Marko’s commitment to integrity and excellence earned him roles as Head of the Staff Committee and an active member of the school’s disciplinary team, as well as a provincial Grade 12 marker. His drive to empower others led him to expand his influence beyond the school environment. Today, he is dedicated to championing Core Skill Development especially within the educational sector, equipping individuals and institutions to grow in competence, resilience, and purpose through intentional leadership and continuous development.
