Julia is a leadership coach, facilitator, and board member in the engineering sector. Before transitioning into leadership development, she held several leadership roles, including her last position as an Operations Director where she led a strategic function and sat on the Executive Committee. This experience gives her a deep understanding of both the pressure leaders face and the powerful influence they have in shaping culture, setting direction, and driving performance.

Julia believes that the quality of a leader’s actions is directly tied to the quality of their thinking. She creates space for leaders to slow down, reflect, and think more clearly, whether through one-on-one coaching, team coaching, or facilitated learning experiences. She specialises in personal mastery, team mastery, and diversity and inclusion, helping leaders and teams gain clarity, build trust, and grow their impact.
