Francois is a registered clinical & industrial psychologist with expertise found within the public and private sectors. His areas of focus include communication practice re-design, organisational design interventions, individual therapeutic interventions and the utilisation of psychometric assessments. Francois was also awarded the Industrial Psychology Impact Award in 2023 through the Society for Industrial and Organizational Professionals in South Africa. Francois' primary driver of empowering people from all walks of life serves him to connect with people regardless of their background, educational level or socio- economic upbringing.
