Experience and Skills
Charlotte is a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 013 1741) with experience in Organisational Psychology, HR Psychology, Recruitment & Selection, Career Counselling, Employee Wellness, Testing and Assessment, and Talent Management. Using what she learned during her own IOP internship, Charlotte then created and manages the Shine IOP Internship which was awarded the SIOPSA Presidential Award in 2020 & 2021 for the best IOP Internship in South Africa. To date, this internship has facilitated the professional journey of over 50 young Industrial Psychologists.
Apart from managing the Shine Internship Program, Charlotte is also a Deep Democracy and CoResolve Facilitator specializing in team and leadership effectiveness. Additionally, Charlotte is accredited in a range of psychometric assessments which are used in team and leadership interventions as well as in recruitment and selection.
