Charlotte is a registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with 10 years of experience in consulting, facilitation and leadership development. Passionate about enhancing team dynamics and workplace effectiveness, Charlotte has worked across diverse industries, guiding leaders and teams to navigate complexity, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful change. With a grounding in the Deep Democracy methodology, Charlotte has honed her facilitation skills to create safe, inclusive spaces where diverse perspectives are surfaced, tensions are constructively explored, and organisations can harness the wisdom of their people.

Founded by Charlotte 10 years ago, she also manages the Shine IOP Internship which was awarded the SIOPSA Presidential Award in 2020 & 2021 for the best IOP Internship in South Africa. To date, this internship has facilitated the professional journey of over 85 young Industrial/Organisational Psychologists.
