Jenny Leclezio 

Jenny is a consummate Human Resources practitioner having spent 28 years of her career in the field. Her extensive experience and skills set has seen her dabble in areas such as strategy, leadership development, change management, culture, facilitation and transformation. She is a qualified Integral Coach and is accredited in the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy. She recently gained international accreditation in Neuro Linguistic Programming.


A significant part of her HR career was spent at senior (executive) management level at AVI in various roles. She has led HR teams in sections of the business such as IT, FMCG (Snackworks) and Retail (Spitz & Green Cross) and also managed the company’s B-BBEE transformation portfolio.  She has employed the Care and Growth leadership model extensively in her consulting work to deliver impactful strategic business alignment with executives across a variety of sectors. Jenny is passionate about education and serves on a number of boards as a trustee. She is the Chairperson of the Kliptown Youth Programme

Cilette Harris

Cilette has spent the last 28 years of her career in Human Resource, which included areas such as human excellence development, Organisation Development, Leadership, Team and Personal Development, Change Management and Transformation.  She is an experienced coach and facilitator and is an accredited Lewis Method facilitator of decision making and conflict resolution processes. She is also an internationally accredited NLP Practitioner.


Her spell in the corporate sector in financial services and consulting saw her play a major role in empowering leaders and teams to employ business strategies to transform and improve (enhance) their operations. Her experience includes Change Management, CRM and Business Consulting.

She worked at FNB Wealth, a division of RMB Private Bank, as Head of Marketing, HR and Facilities Management. Cilette worked as an associate and partner at Schuitema Human Excellence Group, consulting in personal, leadership and team development. Her passion is to help other realise their full potential through her work on a pro bono basis in helping start-ups with strategy and leadership training.

Charlotte Crisp

A registered Industrial Psychologist, Charlotte’s strengths lie in her consulting work to various clients in the fields of personal, leadership and team development.

Her Master’s dissertation titled “Appreciative Leadership in relationship to Work Engagement” triggered a keen interest in leadership and the effects it has on the personal and corporate success of employees and businesses. She is in the process of completing her PhD in the leadership and employee wellbeing field.


She started her consulting career at Schuitema Human Excellence Group in 2015, overseeing its diagnostic offering and it’s Internship Program in partnership with clients. Her passion is in developing budding Industrial Psychologists through an internships she runs.

Rio Matlhaku 

Before his foray into Public Relations, Rio worked for a media monitoring service which was later acquired by internationally renowned Marketing Research firm, A C Nilesen. He began working in Public Relations in the early 2000’s at Beachhead Media & Investor Relations, which later became Financial Dynamics. His strength lies in financial public relations, with wide-ranging experience on clients such as Alexander Forbes, Discovery Group, the Financial Planning Institute, Nedbank, Assupol Life, Airports Company of South Africa, Centre for Development and Enterprise, Blue Catalyst and Samancor Chrome. Rio was also part of the team that re-launched the South African Competition Commission.


Before joining Aprio, Rio was with The Communication’s Firm, which is one of South Africa’s majority black-owned public relations companies with a reputation for its impactful communication strategies for various government departments, as well as on other accounts like ArcelorMittal South Africa and Afrisam.
