A three day Thinking Partnership Session Programme designed for those interested in finessing their coaching skills to enable people to truly think for themselves.


Learn how our minds break through barriers to thinking, reclaim your own right to think independently, and learn how to partner others in ways that palpably encourage rigorous, creative, and independent thinking. Generative attention and the breakthrough thinking that results needs to be experienced to be fully understood.

• Understanding how the human mind works at its best

• Developing independent and rigorous thinking

• Partnering others to go beyond limiting assumptions

• Creating optimal environments for breakthrough thinking

• Building respectful, transformative, and accountable coaching practices


What You Will Gain ✨


Participants will experience:


• Three days participating as both a thinker and thinking partner

• Practical experience of the 10 Components of a Thinking Environment® and how to tangibly create them

• Coaching approaches aligned with the latest neuroscience

• A Certificate of Completion required for the Thinking Environment Certified Coach qualification

Hosted by: Creina Schneier


Executive and team coach and leadership facilitator with over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategic culture change, team and indifivual coaching. Creina is Global Faculty of Time To Think® and works closely with Nancy Kline and other Faculty members. She brings the Thinking Environment approach to all of her coaching, both team and individual in her engagements with leaders, teams, organisations, and academic institutions to improve relationships, thinking, and ultimately performance.
