A four-day Facilitators qualifying programme designed for those wanting to learn how to create Thinking Environments in groups, teams and organisations in a way that creates psychological safety, independent thinking, and meaningful inclusive yet robust engagement.


The programme focuses on enabling individuals and groups to reclaim their right to think for themselves while fostering creativity, innovation, and deeper human connection.

Purpose ✨


The programme is designed to help participants learn how to optimally facilitate group processes using the Thinking Environment® methodology.

Participants will explore how to bring:


  • Rounds

  • Thinking Pairs

  • Dialogue

  • Open Discussion

  • Council Process

  • Transform Meetings

  • Presentations


to groups in a way that honours the 10 Components and supports rigorous, independent thinking.


What Is Included 📚


Participants will receive:


  • Course material

  • Four one-on-one supervision sessions

  • Practical facilitation opportunities during and after contact sessions

  • Catering for in-person sessions

  • Access to an internationally recognised qualification pathway


After successfully completing the programme, practicum, and joining the Time To Think Collegiate, participants qualify as a Time To Think Facilitator.
