If you have already completed a CoResolve-Deep Democracy Foundations course or a DD Level 2 course, you are eligible to advance into Lewis Deep Democracy Level 3 course. This is an advanced conflict resolution course that will enable you to:
Build on your foundational learnings of LDD and enhance your DD practice by focusing on the 'below the water line' skills of reflective listening, surfacing and resolving conflict
Gain a deeper understanding of conflict that builds in relationships/systems, learn how to notice them and work with them using LDD tools
Continue build and strengthen your metaskills
Find opportunities to further practice with LDD tools and processes in a safe environment
