COResolve Leadership

CoResolve is a practical two-day programme for leaders, managers and anyone whose work involves bringing people with them through change.

Change rarely affects everyone in the same way. People bring different views, concerns, interests and experiences. Some voices are heard easily. Others remain beneath the surface, and conversations can become difficult. CoResolve gives you practical ways to work with different perspectives, resistance and disagreement, and to have the conversations that help people move forward together.

Over the two days you will learn practical ways to hear and work with different perspectives, recognise and work with resistance, surface what may not be being said, navigate tension and disagreement, use conflict constructively, and make decisions that people are more able to support.

The programme is built on Lewis Deep Democracy, an approach that emerged in post-apartheid South Africa and is now used internationally to help people, teams and organisations work with change, resistance and conflict in a more inclusive and honest way.
